" 8+ years of professional experience in DevOps or a related field

" 3+ years of experience in a leadership or management role

Technical/Functional Skills

• Expertise in containerization and orchestration technologies such as Kubernetes and Istio
• Experience with designing and implementing High Availability (HA) systems
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Proven ability to lead technical discussions and requirements analysis with partners and customers to drive alignment with customer needs
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively to design and implement new solutions
• Lead the technical implementation of a program of work to rationalize and optimize the software development life cycle (SDLC)
• Lead technical discussions and requirements analysis with partners and customers to drive alignment with customer needs
• Design and implement best practices around making systems and services measurable
• Design and implement High Availability (HA) systems
• Proficiency in containerization and orchestration technologies such as Kubernetes and Istio
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively to design and implement new solutions
• Experience leading proofs of concepts, engineering, and implementation projects
• Experience in a leadership or management role in a DevOps environment

• Experience with Agile methodologies and practices
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools and technologies
• Experience with Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines
• Familiarity with cloud technologies such as Azure, GCP or AWS

Roles & Responsibilities

• DevOps Lead with expertise in platform enablement to join the team and establish a center of excellence and expertise in this domain.
• As the DevOps Lead, he/she will be responsible for leading the technical implementation of a program of work to rationalize and optimize the software development life cycle (SDLC).
• He/She will also be leading technical discussions and requirements analysis with partners and customers to drive alignment with customer needs.
