Job Description

Infosys is seeking DevOps Specialist that can work in the unification and automation of processes, and be instrumental in combining code, application maintenance, and application management. All tasks rely on understanding not only development life cycles, but DevOps culture, and its philosophy, practices, and tools. This role requires close partnership and collaboration with other Engineers and Subject Matter Experts.

Required Qualifications:
•Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Tampa, FL, or Raleigh, NC or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel in the US
•Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education
•At least 7 years of experience with Information Technology.
•At least 7 years of experience in the following:
•ITIL (Incident, Change, and Problem Management)
•DevOps engineering expertise in Cloud Service Providers (Azure, AWS, GCP) capabilities and services IaaS, PaaS, and FaaS solution architectures.
•Container Technologies such as Kubernetes (AKS), Docker, and Docker Swarm
•Azure Devops and VSTS pipeline and Rancher
•Writing scripts and automation against APIs and service oriented systems
•PowerShell scripting
•Using orchestration and automation tools, scripting/programming languages such as: Python, Powershell, GoLang, Bash, CMDB and ITSM tools (Servicenow preferred), Git and VCS tools that support Git Repos (Azure Devops and Github Enterprise preferred)

•Excellent Communications and client interaction skills along with exceptional written and verbal skills as well as technical documentation
•Extraordinary Planning, Project Management, Coordination, and Analytical skills
•Hands-on experience in working in Global Delivery Model with onsite/offshore resources
•Exceptional Organizational Skills
•Ability to manage and prioritize tasks efficiently
•Readiness to demonstrate a proactive attitude
•Solid attention to detail and excellent written and verbal communication skills are required
•Ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment

The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email, or face to face.
