As a DevOps Lead, you will serve as a Technical Release Manager within client's Retail Bank Technology line of business based in Pittsburgh, PA or Strongsville, OH. Candidates in other locations within client's footprint may also be considered.

Looking for a DevOps TRM (Technical Release Manager) that would be responsible for propagating release code changes through ALL levels of Salesforce and API environments up to production. This role will have responsibility for Code Deployments and Code Management. DevOps utilizes the Jenkins Pipeline framework and is responsible for automating (building and maintaining) the Jenkins pipeline for Salesforce deployments. This resource will have the opportunity to expand pipelines with new features and functionality while maintaining with Groovy, YAML and scripting.

Release Branch Integrity and Automation Configuration Management
o Propagate code changes from lower release branches to higher release branches
o Resolve merge conflicts between release branches
o Maintain all DevOps pipeline automation configurations
o Analyze and execute Pre / Post Deployment Steps and Destructive Changes

Code deployments across ALL lower environments
o Monitor validation/deployment jobs to ensure workflow within Jenkins and Salesforce
o Environment Readiness activities
o Marshall releases through ALL environments

Code Quality Gates
o Pull Request review & approval process
o Pencils Down (functional development complete)
o Code Freeze (release testing and fixes complete)
o Salesforce test class executions

Production Release Readiness
o Release branch setup within the source code repository
o Release pre-deployment validation activities (Dry Run)
o Salesforce Quick Deploy Enablement
o Production Deployment activities (Salesforce UI configuration)

Developer Support
o Point of contact for the development groups to triage issues that arise with the DevOps pipeline
o Salesforce configuration activities (pre / post deployment steps and destructive changes)
o Onboarding / Knowledge Transfer / Office Hours / Software Access / Permissions

Experience with Jenkins, Bitbucket, Git, Visual Studio Code and Salesforce Sys Administration is highly desirable.

• Creates and leads the technical design and development of software solutions.
• Proposes & designs software solutions to address complex business needs. Prepares technical and procedural documentation required.
• Facilitates complex problem resolution.
• Provides technical guidance and support to colleagues. Reviews coding, testing, and documentation of software.
• Applies modern principles, methodologies and tools to advance business initiatives and capabilities.
