A fast-growing Software Company is hiring a Senior DevOps Consultant for their Customer Service Team. The organization offers an all-encompassing DevOps platform which allows enterprise companies to create, deliver, secure, and continuously improve digital products, leading to digital transformation for Fortune 1000 companies globally.
Having a thorough understanding of DevOps is essential to this role because you will be responsible for coaching and providing hands-on technical support to clients. As a Senior DevOps Consultant, you will be responsible for understanding clients strategic initiatives and creating customizable solutions. You will be responsible for creating custom plug-ins, installing pipelines, managing pipelines, and designing architecture for various projects. Being able to communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders is essential to the success of this role. Some customer meetings will revolve purely around coaching and others will focus on hands-on programming. The goal of this role is to be engaging with customers upwards of 70% of the time.
