An employer in the Railroad Industry is looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer to join their team remotely in the United States. This person will be joining the DevOps Engineering team as a Senior Level Engineer, collaborating internally w/ Developers, System Engineers and other IT team members to develop enterprise DevOps capabilities. Azure will soon be the company's exclusive public cloud provider so experience in Azure Cloud environments is required. This individual will be one of the two senior level engineers on the team and will have opportunities to mentor the junior and mid-level engineers within the group

In Depth Experience w/ Azure Openshift ARO, AKS
7+ years of Experience in IT w/ 5+ years in a DevOps Engineering Role

Application Development background (Java and/or Python)

Cloud Experience w/ Azure

Deep Understanding of CI/CD Pipeline Technologies

- Continuous Integration: Git, Github Actions, Bamboo, Jenkins, Artifactory, SonarQube, Azure DevOps

- Continuous Delivery: Spinnaker, ArgoCD, Helm

Containerization Experience w/ Kubernetes (AKS, EKS, Openshift ARO)

Automation & Configuration Management Experience (Ansible, Chef, Puppet)

Infrastructure-as-Code & Configuration-as-Code (IaC/CaC) w/ Terraform
